The appliance arrived quickly with good service moving it into place and removing my old one. It works as expected. Only downfall and reaon for not 5 Star is shelf space. I'd like to see more shelves in both sides and more adjustment options.

Everything seems to be working fine. I do wish that the temperature control was a bit more robust, i.e. harder to turn, or had indented stops. Any time I'm on the shelf in front of it I have to take extra care not to bump it, because it turns so easily. That's the reason for four stars instead of five.

I am happy with the freezer. Previously I had a 26 cubic foot chest freezer for 40+ years. Even though this freezer is only 20 cubic feet, it seems to have much more space, easier to organize. I do question the fact it occasionally makes a clicking noise. Is this a balancing alarm.

My 15-year-old whirlpool freezer started to lose cooling temps, so researched all available upright home freezers and decided to go with the Frigidaire brand. After one month it works very nice and has additional slots to move shelves around. Would be nice if they offered additional shelves for this model. One thing that I did not like, was all upright freezers are smaller than the one I had as all the other brands to. Do miss the extra room though. Overall, this freezer is very nice.

Ordered my Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator by recommendation of my appliance repair man, because my two year old French door refrigerator began to have problems with broken mullion and plastic door damage that would be so expensive to repair it would not be worth it. His recommendation was a side-by-side for the least amount of Trouble going forward.I also did not want an icemaker and this unit was available at Costco. So far so good however unit can be a bit noisy at times.

I am now 78 years old and since marriage in "64" we have owned one freezer which we bought a few years after we were married, and we still have it. So far the freezer is what was expected. Lots of storage space. Door pockets are large and sturdy, placed a full packer brisket in one and it held it nicely. Fairly quiet operation. Magnetic door latch is a nice feature. The only complaint is it rolls very easily on the rollers. Even with the support feet screwed down it slides effortlessly across hardwood flooring. We will see how it holds up in ten years.

Terrible. My freezer is less than three months old. Already the door has warped creating ice build up throughout. The worst part is customer service. They cannot get a service technician out to fix. Sorry that I bought a frigidaire,but stuck with it for now.

Died within a year & bad technician service

Died before 1 year.. we bought the freezer in May 2022 and died in Feb 2023. Feb 13,2023; The first technician came to evaluate the issue. He came and looked for just a second & ordered parts. Feb 23,2023; The second technician came and changed all the parts that they ordered. He said it will start working after 8 hours. ** It still not working & it is now blowing hot air*** March 6, 2023 (Today), They rescheduled it to March 23, 2023. It will be over one month from our first call to technician service (844) 327-7374 ). Really!!! We need the technician that has the knowledge to fix it or replace a new one immediately!! We lost money worth of food & time that we need to take off to wait for technicians!!!

We've only had the freezer a month, but it's working great. Had one power outage in that time, for several hours, and it kicked backed on easily. My old freezer had glass shelves and this one has the wire shelving which is better for ait circulation. Shelving configuration being able to create more or less shelf space works well.The only improvement I would make is on the lower basket. The front of the basket isn't tall enough, to contain large or alot of items , because if you're looking through things, they could tumble out too easily.

Awesome Freezer That Exceeded my Expectation

When this freezer arrived I assumed it was a normal everyday freezer, I was wrong. This thing is a champion among freezers. Out of the box it exceeded our expectations. Easy, no hassle set-up and it started getting cold within minutes. We checked it about three hours later and it was ready for frozen food. Did I mention how big it is? The room inside is incredible. There is so much space both in the door and in the body of it. The temperature, WOW, even on the recommended setting it's "freezing". We live in the south and this freezer is kept in a garage, NO ice build-up! I cannot say enough great things about this freezer. I'm not one to leave reviews, good or bad, so when I do, trust me, it's WORTH IT!!! If you're in the market for a freezer, and you probably are since you're reading this, do not hesitate to make this freezer your choice. You will be so glad you did.

Freezer works great. It allowed me to unload my chest type freezer. Bending over a chest type was really difficult for a 72 year old man. This freezer is easy access and it is easy to identify what you want to retrieved since everything is right in front of you.

We love this freezer. It has a LOT of room (I bought two additional shelves) and as we are in Florida, this freezer works great in the warm garage. Given the uncertainty of food availability in the near future, this is a wonderful way to store up meats and frozen veggies.

The freezer is a great size and easy to swap the door from side to side. Only complaint is there aren't enough shelves in the unit. The unit seems to run all the time but according to the manual that is normal for energy efficiency. I would recommend.

We wasted a lot food from our old freezer chest from stock piling things on top each other and forgetting about what's at the bottom.
